What is the process for giving my Tithes and Offerings?
Please use your church envelopes and put the amount of your financial contribution on your envelope along with your name. If you write a check and do not have your envelopes, please write your envelope number on the check. You may also visit our Giving Page or give online by clicking the following button.

 

 

 

Who should I contact if I am sick or hospitalized?
If you are sick and/or shut-in, hospitalized and would like visitation and/or communion, please call the Church Office. Please let the Church know when you would like to be placed on the sick and shut-in list and when you would like your name to be removed from the list. How do I notify the church about a death in my family?
If a member of your family passes away, please notify the Church Office as soon as possible. If the service is to be held at Second Baptist Church, please make sure the church and/or the Pastor or a member of the Ministerial Staff will be available at the time you would like the service held. The Church Clerk will be notified of your bereavement and is available to assist you in the order of service for a Memorial or Funeral. How do I plan a wedding service at Second Baptist?
If you are planning to be married, please call the Church Office to see if the church and/or the Senior Pastor or one of the Ministerial Staff members is available on the date you would like your wedding to be held. If your wedding is scheduled, and subsequently canceled, please inform the Church Office immediately. Pre-marital counseling is available upon request.

 

 

How do I schedule a meeting with one of the pastors?
If you need to meet with the pastor, call the Church Office at 847-869-6955 to schedule an appointment. If unable to attend a scheduled meeting, are running late, or need to cancel, notify us immediately upon your awareness of the issue with the Church Office. What should I do if any of my contact information changes?
